Jamaa Journal Play Wild: Volume 60

Hi jammers! I’m here with the new volume of the Jamaa Journal in Play Wild! Hooray!

Komodo Dragons have come to Play Wild! You can get them for only 150 sapphires in the Sapphire Shop. The Komodo Dragon currently doesn’t have any secret area in Jamaa. We will keep you updated on The Komodo Dragon!

The Club Geoz has collapsed to the ground in Play Wild too. The Lines of Power also destroyed it, unfortunately. You can still go to a place that looks like Club Geoz through the Dance Party, on the bright side.

The Komodo Dragon Bundle is now available for 250 sapphires in the Sapphire Shop. The Komodo Dragon Bundle offers you a Komodo Dragon (it’s default name is Fierce Komodo Dragon), The Ancient Dragon Outfit, and The Ancient Dragon Den Set.

Pet Tarantulas have arrived in the Sapphire Shop for 50 sapphires! They will probably only be here for the season, so make sure to get one while you can.

The Phantom Flight Suit is here! Get all 3 items for 50 sapphires in the Sapphire Shop. You can fly around Jamaa whenever, if you have this outfit on! Neat, right?

The last page of the Jamaa Journal today is talking about two amazing alphas. Cosmo the Koala Alpha and Graham the Monkey Alpha.

I hope you enjoyed reading this  post about the new Jamaa Journal in Play Wild. Remember to keep calm and play wild, jammers!

Animal Jam Stickers: App Review

Hi jammers! I’m here with a review of the new Animal Jam Stickers App! Enjoy!

You can get the Animal Jam Stickers App, for free on the App Store. Once in game though, you only have access to a certain amount of the stickers. To receive all the stickers, you must pay $1.99. I think this can be a little unreasonable because when you first download the stickers you think that you can receive all the of them for free.  That is the main thing I dislike about this app.

For the most part though, I like all the stickers. For the most part I like the emotes and the animals. I think the graphic quality is really good and I wish they would add some of the emotes that are just seen in the app, in-game as well.

Here is a picture I took of some of the stickers! (Sorry, it’s kind of blurry.)

I give this app 3 out of 5 Mira’s (this is how I rate things!) Thanks for reading jammers! See you in Jamaa!

Border the Sun: Chapter 6

Hi jammers! It’s Marigold back with Chapter 6 of Border the Sun. Here are the links to chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Enjoy!

“Cosmo! Cosmo!” cried Sydney running toward Cosmo and I.

“Yes, Sydney? What’s wrong?” asked Cosmo worriedly.

“Tanzania and Tasmania see land on the horizon!” she said excitedly and out of breath.

“Land! Wow, I was expecting to see something so early in our expedition!” responded Cosmo.

Cosmo crawled up to the crow’s nest where Tasmania and Tanzania stood looking out at the horizon. From my spot, on the firm wooden deck I could see them trying to figure out something. They were pointing at something with their paws. I saw Cosmo sigh, and walk back down and over to where I had been watching.

“What was it?” I questioned curiously.

“It was just a false alarm, Kenya. They just saw Mt. Shiveer” he said.

“Oh, okay then,” I said thoughtfully.

“Well I think I should start teaching you about cartography, then. You are going to be my Head Mapper. You will map all our important finds” said Cosmo.

“What’s cartography?”

“The science of drawing maps” he replied.

Cosmo taught me about legends, compass roses, and map symbols. It was all so new to me, and so amazing. After, Cosmo’s lesson to me I thought to myself “maybe, I will be the one to spot new land. Just maybe.”

I hope you all enjoyed Part 6 of Border the Sun. I will hopefully have another one out, next Sunday! See you in Jamaa!

Jamaa Journal: Volume 209

Hi jammers! Today I have a post on the 209th volume of the Jamaa Journal. Enjoy!

The beloved Club Geoz has collapsed to the ground as a result of the Lines of Power. No jammers were injured in the accident but the club has closed for good. Many jammers wonder if this was a sinister plot that the phantoms created. If you click on the purple music note that is in the pile or ruins a secret shop named “???” will appear. It sells the Club Geoz Hat and Headphones.

On the bright side, Falcons have returned to Jamaa. To learn more about Falcons you can go to the Chamber of Knowledge in the Temple of Zios, and read the Falcon Minibook to receive a Falcon – Related Prize!

The Phantomizer is the newest Night of the Phantom item in Jamaa. Step under it’s dark purple goo and turn into a temporary phantom. You can get a Phantomizer for only 3 Diamonds at the Diamond Shop!

The Spooky Party is back in Jamaa! There are all types of Spooky Items that you can buy there for your Haunted House Den. In the Spooky Party, you can also make your own Pet Bat by clicking on the bat decals on the wallpaper in the den.

You can know send Animal Jam Stickers in your texts, by downloading the free Animal Jam Stickers app in the App Store. You can send memes, emojis, and more that are related to AJ! Hooray!

Hmm… one of the tails (the magenta one) is different the rest of the raccoon tails. Could this be a hint at a new animal? If so, what animal could it be? I’m thinking maybe a pangolin or a genet.

You can now get an Animal Jam Retail Gift Card that comes along with an Arctic Fox animal and an set of exclusive den items!

You still have time to put together your outfit for Night of the Phantoms! Here is a link to a post I did about some ideas for Night of the Phantom Costumes. I think I’m going to be an attendee to a Masquerade Party for Night of the Phantoms.

Some unfortunate news is that lynxes have left Jamaa. We hope we will see them back in Jamaa soon!

That’s all for this Volume of Jamaa Journal! See you in Jamaa, jammers!

Hi jammers! I have a post today, on the Falcon animal. Enjoy!

The Falcons were first announced in a poll on January 21st, 2016. The poll was asking the jammers of Jamaa which animal they wanted to be released next. The choices sloths, falcons, or ostriches. The jammers voted for falcons, and falcons came to Jamaa on April 14th, 2016. On May 12th, 2017 though Falcons went traveling, and they are due to return in a few days.

The Falcon’s specific species is the Peregrine Falcon. The Falcon’s alpha is Perry. The Falcon’s have their own short called Blown Away.

The Falcon is the third flying animal released in Jamaa, preceding it are the eagles and owls.

There are also Pet Falcons, that jammers can get by hatching an egg from The Diamond Shop. You have about a 20% chance of getting the pet falcon, because there are 4 other possible pets that can be hatched (Echidna, Platypus, Chick, and Crocodile.)

Jammers can buy the falcon as part of the Falcon Bundle. The Falcon Bundle also comes with a Falcon Archway, Falcon Perch, Peregrine Sofa, and Kestrel Armchair.

I hope you will buy the Falcon as soon as it returns home to Jamaa. Thanks for reading jammers, and see you in Jamaa!
