Hi! I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Feast of Thanks [Thanksgiving.] Today, I have a post on some fun things you can do with your buddies and friends, today! Enjoy!
One idea is to do Twist and Turns or another Jamaa adventure with your buddies. Together in the spirit of Thanksgiving you can try and solve puzzles to save the land of Jamaa, from the phantoms!
Another idea, is that you can decorate your den for Feast of Thanks, then invite all of your buddies over for a party. You can eat lot’s of good food and have lot’s of fun. Together, you and your friends can be thankful for all your blessings.
Send a little gift with a nice message to your friends through Jam – A – Gram’s, to make them feel appreciated on this special day!
Hello jammers! It’s Marigold here with a post on the newest adventure in Jamaa called The Phantom Badlands. This post might contain some spoilers. Enjoy!
The Phantom Badlands is really fun but it takes a lot of thinking. Just like in the Hidden Falls Adventure, I used the written walk through. If I hadn’t used the walk through I probably wouldn’t have made it to the end of the adventure. Here is the link to the walk through.
In the Phantom Badlands there are 3 paths you can take, the blue, red, or purple. So far I’ve only done the blue path. My least favorite part of the adventure is probably having to get through the Phantom Tar. My favorite part of the adventure is exploring the shrine at the end. The Phantom Spouts in this adventure reminds me of the Flame Spurts in the movie The Princess Bride. The Flame Spurts have a popping sound before it shoots fire, and the phantom spouts have bubbles before it shoots phantom goop.
One thing I found interesting about this adventure is the Mechachompers. The Mechachompers are the chomper plants that destroy phantoms in this adventure. In past adventures chomper plants have been called Underground Chomper from The Hidden Falls Adventure. In underwater adventure they are called Chomper Calms. Another interesting thing about this adventure are the Bounceshrooms. The Bounceshrooms are basically mushrooms that bounce you higher. The Bounceshrooms were also used in the adventure The Front Lines.
Here is a photo gallery of this adventure:
A mysterious inscription.
A tangle of thorns.
A phantom spout.
That is our post for today. Below I have a poll, on what your favorite adventure is! Bye!
Hi jammers! It’s Marigold, and today I am here with my thoughts on the new 2D adventure The Hidden Falls. Enjoy!
I think the Hidden Falls is a really cool adventure all in all. The few things that I don’t like are that it can be really confusing. In one part you can literally get trapped behind a door [this happened to be in one of my many attempts.] Also it can just be frustrating like at first, the Falling Phantom part was really hard for me then over time I nailed it, I just got it.
I tried doing the Hidden Falls many times, and it was hard. It’s takes lots of motivation [and time] for this adventure. I bet as you do it more and more it does get easier, but in the beginning it feels impossible.
Two things helped in this adventure. One was The Animal Jam Wiki Hidden Falls Walkthrough. See I’m a person who likes steps written. Not that many AJ websites have that so Animal Jam Wiki is a big help. If you want the written walkthrough this is the link. Though walkthroughs aren’t the only thing that helped me, motivation helped me too. You know how in the new movie Finding Dory, her motivation is to “Just Keep Swimming.” Well, I remembered that while I was playing and I told myself “Just Keep Playing.” It helped too!
SPOILER ALERT, IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE WATERFALL. PLEASE IGNORE PHOTOS! Sorry, I had to do that in caps, just want to make sure people can see it clearly. As I was saying, I have some photos of me and the bottom of the waterfall.
An amazing misty bridge over the waterfall!
Marigold is happy to be home!
Well, all is good now back here at the Marigold Household. I’m sitting here drinking a nice cup of tea and reading a good book, waiting for my good friend MtPeak to arrive, to discuss The Hidden Falls Adventure. Until then, I must say goodbye. Hope to see you in Jamaa.
